Executive Summary

The delivery roadmap is structured around three progressive phases. Iteration 1 is the committed scope — the remaining phases are planned based on post-pilot success.

Sprint Schedule — Iteration 1

Sprint 1: Foundation (Weeks 1–2)

  • Project scaffolding, authentication, and role setup.
  • Basic height/weight collection UI validated on device.
  • Goal: Functional login and one-school screening data captured end-to-end.

Sprint 2: Health Engine (Weeks 3–4)

  • BMI calculation engine integrated with WHO growth standards.
  • Automated recommendation logic and student badge system.
  • Goal: Screening-to-recommendation flow functional — see Screening Workflow.

Sprint 3: Video & Learning (Weeks 5–6)

  • Video player with completion tracking and quiz integration.
  • Curriculum assignment by grade and school.
  • Goal: Student watches an assigned module and Nutrition Score updates.

Sprint 4: Admin & M&E (Weeks 7–8)

  • Admin Console dashboard with school-level KPIs and Wellness Score.
  • Meal distribution and inventory tracking module.
  • Goal: Admin can generate a school health report and export to PDF.

Sprint 5: Testing & Launch (Weeks 9–10)

  • Full UAT with pilot school users.
  • App Store submissions and production cloud environment setup.
  • Goal: Application live and accessible for the pilot cohort.
